By enrolling in CTV programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Candidates must complete the registration process and pay the prescribed training fees in advance to confirm enrollment.
• The Company will provide a one-month trial training session. If the candidate wishes to discontinue, they must do so within the trial month.
• After completion of the trial period, the full training fee becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the main training program. Partial payments will not be considered as valid enrollment.
• Training will be conducted through both online and offline modes depending on the program design.
• Candidates must ensure required technical setup for online training. The Company will not be responsible for connectivity or system issues.
• The program may include merit-based placement assistance.
• The Company does not guarantee 100% placement.
• Placement support is provided only to candidates who successfully complete the program with required performance standards.
• Training content, internal materials, and projects are the intellectual property of the Company.
• Candidates must not reproduce, share, or distribute training materials or proprietary project content.
• Professional conduct is expected at all times.
• Misconduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
• Assignments and attendance are mandatory for certification and placement eligibility.
• Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the program and evaluation criteria.
• Certification does not ensure automatic job placement.
• The Company will make best efforts to provide high-quality training and support but is not liable for hiring market conditions or individual performance outcomes.
• These terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
